As Owner’s Representative, we are the face and spokesperson for the client to the general contractors, subcontractors, inspectors, and engineers of record as we attempt to get the work they want done. We handle the work in collaboration with the owner to complete any of their requests. Under this system, we charge a commission proportional to the cost of the services required.
