TiTLE: Project Manager

DESCRIPTION: NAYSAC Corp is seeking a highly motivated Project Manager to be responsible for assuring that projects are completed to the highest quality standards and finished on-time, within budget, and scope.

Responsibilities:

• Managing projects from project startup, scheduling, coordination, and cost management until project completion.
• Communicate professionally with customers and subcontractors.
• Oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ensure resources’ availability and allocation.
• Secure applicable municipal permits and meet with municipal inspectors as required.
• Prepare Construction Reports.
• Select and evaluate the appropriate supplier quotations and provide recommendations for purchase.

Requirements: 3-6 years of proven working experience in project management.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction, or a related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of all aspects of construction (technology, equipment, means, and methods); knowledge of supervision, estimating, schedules, budget, and safety is required.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Time management skills.

Compensation: Salary will be based on experience
