When serving as General Contractor, we are responsible for overseeing a construction project. We research, select, and budget the necessary subcontractors to get the desired project done. Our team members are problem solvers that are always applying strategic and tactical approaches to ensure the quality of projects we are assigned to.

As construction managers, we are responsible for overseeing a project from beginning to end, providing itemized budgets, obtaining the materials, monitoring quality, and keeping schedules.

We are responsible for the successful collaboration between the client and the providers of the services. Our construction management team serves as advocates for our clients, to ensure expectations regarding the scope, quality, timeline, and cost constraints of a project are met.

As part of the construction Management, we provide our clients with the project cost control and estimating necessary to accomplish a successful project.

As Owner’s Representative, we are the face and spokesperson for the client to the general contractors, subcontractors, inspectors, and engineers of record as we attempt to get the work they want done. We handle the work in collaboration with the owner to complete any of their requests. Under this system, we charge a commission proportional to the cost of the services required.

While completing a design-build project, we are responsible for the entire project, from conception to completion. After being given a list of parameters by the client, we offer both a clear set of engineering plans and their corresponding budgets to ensure customer satisfaction. The design portion of this task falls under the purview of our sister company, Conemco Engineering, Inc., who has completed more than 1,000 projects.
